Refund & Return Policy

At Big Discount Mart by Bansal Export Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items on sale or purchased with a discount code
• Perishable goods
• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
